Designing of extrusion jally blocks & bricks done by advanced computer software, mouth profile plate and inserts are machining at high accuracy CNC milling machineries along with highly qualified designers, programmers & operators. Also helps to maintain uniform thickness, less brittleness.

Die assembly done by replaceable hardened inserts fitted with fasteners so easy to reconditioning and repairing due to computerized method of die making process followed by us.
